Reversible tote bag pattern that includes a convenient hooking mini-case for small items such as cellphones, make-up, etc.  There are2 pockets - one inside and one out with an optional top bow closure.  Finished size is 16" w tapering to 11" w at the bottom, 12" h x 5" d. Mini-Cas: 4" w x 5" h when closed.

Materials Needed:

• FABRIC: (44" wide light to medium weight cotton) 2 different coordinating fabrics - 7/8 yd as follows:
• Front/back of fabric (also cut from this a pocket and lower accent panel) PLUS
• An additional 7/8 yd for the interior lining
• Mini-Case - no additional fabric needed
• Iron on interfacing: (Pellon) 1 1/4 yd
• Handles - 3 yds of 1" woven belting or strapping
• Ribbon - (optional) 3 yds of 3/8" grosgrain ribbon.  For optional ribbon to close tote with a bow - 1 yd of 5/8" ribbon.  For Mini-Case only - 6"
• Trim - to trim along lower accent seam inside and out - 2 yds of jumbo ric-rack
• Liquid seam sealant (Fray Check)
• Tacky Glue
• 10 1/2" x 13 1/2" sheet of stiff plastic needlepoint canvas
• Fabri-Tac glue
• 2" of 3/4" hook & loop tape (Velcro)
