The Sidekick Purse Pattern is a great everyday bag with organizational features! There is a middle zippered compartment, a front storage flap and a special compartment on the back to hold your checkbook. Finished size is 8 1/2" x 6" x 3".
Materials Needed:
- Exterior fabric - 1/3 yd
- Lining - 3/4 yd
- Contrast Trim - 1/4 yd or less
- Fusible interfacing - 1/4 yd
- Fusible fleece - 1/4 yd
- Peltex stabilizer - one 8" x 5" piece (This is ultrafirm, double-sided fusible stabilizer)
- Notions:
- Extra wide double fold bias tape - 1 1/2 yd
- 1/2" wide nylon webbing - one 36" piece
- Single fold bias tape - one 2" piece
- 2 - 3/4" magnetic snaps
- 1 - 9" nylon zipper
- 1 - 12" separating zipper
