The Scrappy Cosmetic Bags pattern is a great way to use up left over fabric and comes in 4 different sizes.  All cosmetic bags have instructions for vinyl lining, zippers, and stitch-and-flip-quilting.

Materials Needed:

• 4 to 6 coordinating sets of fabric scraps
• 1/2 yd of fabric makes lining for all 4 bag sizes
• 4 gauge vinyl
• zippers
• batting
• paper to cover vinyl while sewing (tissue, wax or other)
• THE PETITE (4 1/4" x 2 1/2") zipper: 3.3", batting: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", vinyl & lining: 9" x 4"
• PURSE SIZE (6 1/2" x 4") zipper: 6", batting: 8 1/2" x 12", vinyl & lining: 16" x 6"
• THE WEEKENDER (8 1/2" x 6") zipper: 8", batting: 10 1/2" x 16", vinyl & lining: 19" x 8"
• THE TRAVELER (10 1/2" x 8") zipper: 10", batting: 12 1/2" x 20", vinyl & lining: 22" x 10"
