The Phlap bag pattern is a practical and hands free hip purse which comes in 3 versions.   The strap length is adjustable with easy zipper instructions.  Finished size is 8" x 10".

Materials Needed:

• STRIP-PIECED PURSE: Fat quarters of 5 different fabrics OR 1/6 yd of 4 fabrics and 1/2 yd of a 5th fabric (yoke fabric) and 1/3 yd for lining.
• 1/3 yd heavy weight fusible interfacing
• One decorative button
• One 7" zipper
• BLACK WOOL FELT PURSE: 5/8 yd wool felt
• Scraps of difference colored wool felts for floral applique
• Coordinating beads
• 1/3 yd for lining
• One 7" zipper
• FLORAL PURSE: 5/8 yd main fabric
• 1/3 yd lining fabric
• 1/3 yd heavy weight fusible interfacing
• One 5" zipper
