The On The Town Pattern is an stylish bag with an interesting center panel, covered button decoration at the top, and a unique texture to the fabric using Texture Magic.  Instructions are given for either a purchased wooden handle or fabric handles.  Finished size is 12" W x 11" H x 5" D.

Materials Needed:

• Main fabric (Black with red) - 1/2 yd (3/4 yd if making fabric handles)
• Lining fabric (red with black) - 1 1/4 yd
• Focus fabric (red) - Fat Quarter
• Accent fabric (black) - two, 1" x 16" strips
• Texture Magic - 15" x 20"
• Headliner foam or batting of your choice - 1/2 yd (18" x 54")
• Fashion handles (U shaped) optional - 2 handles
• 1 1/2" button for covering - 1
• 3/4" Velcro - 2" piece
• Foam core/heavy cardboard - 4 1/2" x 11"
