The Mummy & Me Bag pattern by Melly & Me is a great matching (or not!) mother and daughter bag.  This pattern uses a texturizing sheet to add dimensions to the bag.  Because of the strap length, this bag can be carried either over the shoulder or across the body and there is a decorative front flap.  Finished size is approximately 11" tall.

• 40cm (16") red stripe for stripe, bag flap, etc.)
• 35cm (14") small black print for lining, strap, & optional bias
• ME (Children's bag):  50cm (20") small strawberry print for main bag
• 30cm (12") small pink print for bag flap and strap
• 15cm (6") small green print for bag flap
• 30cm (12") small red polkadot fabric for lining and optional bias
• BOTH BAGS: 40cm (16") Shrinking sheet (Texture Magic)
• 75cm (30") iron-on Pellon
• 1 large button
• 2 - 1" D-rings and optional swivel hooks
• 1 magnetic closure
• 50cm (20") 1" bias tape (if you are not making your own)
