Tote bag by Laurel Burch with colorful dogs having fun on the front!  Measurements are 16 1/2" x 12" x 6" with double straps and secure top zipper.  A painted wooden decoration is on the handle wiht drawings of dogs and there is an additional wooden attachment in the shape of a dog that hangs from one of the handles.
