The Carmel Swing Bag Pattern is fun to make - options include a snap or button top closure! This pattern uses 2 1/2" strips of fabric and has picture instructions. Finished size is 9" wide x 8 1/2" tall x 2 1/2" deep.
Materials Needed:
- 4 strips 2 1/2" x 44" fabric for outside (4 different fabrics)
- 1 strip 2 1/2" x 44" for strap (2 strips for longer strap)
- 1/3 yd fabric for lining (or a Fat Quarter)
- Optiona; 1 - 2 1/2" x 44" strip for ruffle, 1 1/4 yd rick rack and decorative button
- 1/3 yd Pellon #987F fusible fleece
- 1 1/4 yd cotton twill tape 1 1/4" wide for strap
- Magnetic snap or button
