The Boxy Backpack pattern by Indygo Junction is just the right size for everyday use! This bag is made from Charm Packs or 5" squares of fabric. The strap length is adjustable. Finshed size is 13 1/2" x 11 1/2" x 2".
Materials Needed:
- BACKPACK VERSION:28 - 5" squares of coordination fabrics
- 1/3 yd coordinating fabric for side gussets and bottom
- 1/2 yd for lining
- 1/4 yd for straps
- 1/4 yd or one fat quarter for interior pocket
- 1/2 yd cotton canvas for interfacing
- Cut two 1 1/4" x 44" pieces of fusible fleece for straps
- Two 1" inside diameter curtain grommets
- PURSE VERSION: 28 - 5" squares of coordinating fabric
- 1/3 yd fabric for side gussets and bottom
- 1/2 yd fabric for lining
- 1/4 yd or one fat quarter for interior pocket
- Two 16" x 18" pieces of Floriani Stitch N Shape (fusible fleece or cotton canvas may be substituted if you do not want the purse stiff)
