Border shoulder bag with flap is an elegant shoulder bag with a flap that has front and back outside pockets and additional inside pockets. Finished size is 9" x 9 1/2" x 2" deep.

Materials Needed:

3/4 yd double faced quilted fabric
3/8 yd border print
2 - 1" D rings
Button (optional)
Plastic canvas, etc. for bottom stiffner (2" x 9 1/2")
