The Blooming bag pattern is a roomy bag measuring 13" x 13" when completed.  There are instructions for making a cute 3-D flower accent for the front of the bag.

Materials Needed:

• 1/2 yd cotton fabric for bag
• 1/2 yd cotton fabric for lining
• 1/2 yd contrast fabric for front flap and strap
• 1/2 yd needlepunch fleece
• 10" x 20" scrap of wool fabric for large flower petals
• 4" x 8" scrap of wool for small flower petals
• 12" x 8" scrap of green wool for leaves
• Small scrap of golden brown for center
• Tiny scrap of black for center
• Black and tan embroidery floss
• Tiny bit of fiberfill stuffing
• Magnetic purse fastener
• Adjustable strap hardware (optional) for 1 1/2" strap
