Lorrene's Laced Tote

This lovely antique style bag pattern is by Australian designer Katherine Falco.  This pattern is a great way to play with different designs - sew a doiley on the front, embellish with bits of ribbon and lace, or cover it with buttons!  The main pattern piece is included.  The finished size is 30 cm wide by 22 cm long, not including the handles.

Materials Needed:

• 45 cm (17.7 inches) of quilted padded backing
• 45 cm of felt for lining
• Matching sewing thread
• Black hanger
• Rattan bag handles
• Assorted laces and satin ribbons
• Ric Rac
• Sew on pearls, beads and sequins or a doiley
• 4 teabags
